    Bullet ID?

    Can anyone tell me what kind of bullet this is? Comes in at 45.2gr and I found it in my bulk 55gr bullets?! 224 Dia

    It looks like a ballistic tip that's broken off. Probably a 50gr.

    It could be a bad tip that never was formed right but I'd still bet it was originally a 50gr ballistic tip.
